If Na You Wetin You Go Do?

If Na You Wetin You Go Do? Campaign

Unsafe abortion remains a significant public health challenge in Nigeria, contributing to maternal mortality and preventable health complications. At A Well-Informed Adolescent Initiative, our “If Na You Wetin You Go Do” campaign champions reproductive justice by fostering conversations around the dangers of unsafe abortion, promoting compassion, and advocating for safe, stigma-free reproductive choices. This digital-first campaign highlights the need for culturally sensitive approaches to address restrictive abortion laws and the stigma attached to reproductive rights.

Through engaging content in English and Nigerian Pidgin, animated shorts, influencer-led discussions, and anonymous storytelling platforms, we aim to transform narratives around crisis pregnancies. Our campaign emphasizes Àjose—a communal spirit of togetherness and support—urging society to choose compassion over judgment. Join us in creating a future where every woman has access to safe, informed reproductive health care.
